Responsibilities
Lead autonomously, developing plans, schedules, and budgets for dynamic programs.
Analyze data to innovate and ensure programs exceed scope, cost, and schedule expectations.
Drive business development with strategic program management content.
Present compelling progress reports to executives and customers, showcasing project success.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality standards.
Collaborate effectively across all organizational levels to synchronize efforts.
Negotiate contracts and changes, protecting interests and fostering profitable relationships.
Identify and seize opportunities to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
Proactively identify and address risks and innovate solutions to challenges, applying critical thinking and creativity.
Direct cross-functional teams to align program activities with strategic objectives effectively.

Required
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
Experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
MS Project experience
Program/Project management experience
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
Preferred
Program management experience leading cross functional teams, ideally in commercial aviation interiors
Experience working with operations/manufacturing engineering organizations
PMP Certification
