Ability to connect dots and see the big picture across programs and durations.
Lead large teams and deliver financial outcomes.
Act as a trusted consultant for both Tavant and Enact.
Take end-to-end ownership of BA, Development, Testing, and all operations activities.
Hands-on involvement in the architecture side.
Interact with CxO levels with clients and executive leadership within Tavant.
Manage P&L for programs greater than $20M in size.
Set up strong reporting practices.
Demonstrate strong executive communication skills.

Program management for 10M+ development programs
Experience in CXO level interactions

Very good communication skills
End to end ownership of BA, Development, Testing, and all operations activities like planning, estimation, scheduling, invoicing
Hands-on the architecture side
18 to 24 years of experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in handling $10M+ / multi-year development programs across process areas – technical, functional, program management, and financials
Strong analytical, technical, financial, and communication skills
Interact with CxO levels with client and executive leadership within Tavant
Technical background: Java/J2EE Development Programs (10+ to 15+ years’ experience); 5+ roles as Enterprise Architect preferable
Domain Experience: Financial Services; Experience in mortgage/insurance desirable
Program Management: 2-3 Large 10M+ multiyear green field development programs
Governance and Reporting: Strong experience in setting up reporting practices
Financials: Managing P&L for the program > 20M in size
Executive communication: Ability to interact with CxO (CIO, CTO) Strong experience in similar programs
Preferred
Candidates who worked as java developer in the beginning, later moved to architect and then to Program manager
