Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal clients and cross-functional teams to launch, maintain, and enhance complex programs.
Act as a liaison, guiding internal clients through critical decisions and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project schedules, track issues, action items, risks, and maintain key documentation such as installation checklists and shipping registers.
Identify and articulate new customer requirements and relay them effectively to the technology team for solution development.
Manage all aspects of implementation, including ordering and overseeing equipment installation, supporting account creation, facilitating communications, and reconciling inventory upon project completion.
Ensure timely completion of all deliverables in accordance with the implementation schedule.
Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure smooth program adoption and ongoing satisfaction.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field.
In Lieu of Education: An additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the standard required experience.
10 years of experience in program operations roles, with at least 3 years in a program management capacity.
Expertise in recognizing, analyzing, and solving a variety of complex problems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Advanced skills in project planning and life cycle development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to train and mentor team members.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) – Required upon hire.
The incumbent must immediately disclose any debarment, exclusion, or similar event that makes them ineligible to perform work on Federal health care programs.
Must excel in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities, deadlines, and workloads.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands while maintaining a high standard of service excellence.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to both internal and external clients, including those who may present challenges.
Preferred
Master’s Degree in a relevant field.
Program Management Professional (PgMP) – Preferred upon hire.
