Responsibilities
Responsible for managing and improving a major cross-functional program with substantial financial implications.
Developing and managing a comprehensive program action plan that involves stakeholders across and outside of the organization.
Leads, facilitates, or supports meetings and committees as appropriate.
Involved in various HHA/JHHC committees or related community organization where appropriate.

Required
Work requires a minimum of five years of demonstrated performance experience within a health care and/or managed care environment.
Experience with Medicare and healthcare compliance as it relates to CMS.
Ability to lead all aspects of a cross-functional program.
Highly organized.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to create and present high-quality, compelling, and persuasive presentations to JHHC senior management, various committees, and physician leadership.
Must work independently with direction from the Director.
Manages multiple projects simultaneously within aggressive time frames in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
Robust knowledge and strong experience with Medicare Star Ratings, along with experience in compliance, health plan operations, and quality improvement activities.
Detailed knowledge of HEDIS, CAHPS, HOS, Pharmacy, and Administrative measures.
Work requires the ability to work in a rapidly changing managed care environment while maintaining CMS requirements.
Must be familiar with managed care products, operations, delivery systems, process improvement, organizational development and assessing customer expectations.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Preferred
Medicare Advantage experience preferred.
Master’s degree (MPH, MSPH) preferred, with a concentration in Business or Health Policy and/or Management preferred.
Knowledge of CMS, Health Plan Management System (HPMS) desired.
