Responsibilities

Create CAD drawings for site, subdivision, and infrastructure plans

Assist in the preparation of full sets of construction plans

Design horizontal and vertical roadway layouts

Prepare erosion and sediment control plans

Generate SWM/BMP facilities hydrologic computations

Conduct pavement design computations

Perform site distance analysis

Manage site and house grading

Analyze waterline systems

Complete SWM plans and design BMP facilities

Estimate site work quantities and costs

Prepare planning/zoning exhibits & plans

Design landscape layouts

Develop traffic control designs

Utilize engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil3D, Hydraflow, Storm and Sanitary Analysis, WaterCAD, etc.

Conduct quality control reviews of plans

Coordinate with team members as needed

Manage project deadlines and communicate progress effectively
