Senior Project Coordinator - Power Engineering

Responsibilities
Demonstrates the ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to frequent project changes
Demonstrates the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight
Coordinates closely with Project Managers to accurately manage project documentation across multiple projects at different phases, along with other administrative tasks
Works with Project Managers, and cross-functionally, to manage the Request for Information (RFI) and submittal review processes effectively, while relaying the information to team members, accurately logging RFI responses and client comments
Tracks project submittals and project information such as meeting minutes
Maintain progress tracking in Procor and Smartsheets
Performs a variety of duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed
Maintains outstanding company-client relationships
Other duties as assigned

Required
An associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus, but not required
5+ years of relevant experience and basic industry knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and other computer software
Proficiency in document control software such as Procore
Excellent organizational and time management skills
A strong written and verbal command of the English language
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred
Background in engineering is a plus
