Responsibilities
Track and distribute key project information to support effective project execution.
Oversee administrative tasks and communicate with project stakeholders.
Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure resource availability and deliver expected results.
Facilitate document creation, update build sheets, and ensure accuracy of customer orders.
Maintain schedules for engineering, production, procurement, manufacturing, and quality control phases.
Coordinate change orders, facilitate customer approvals, and update project documentation accordingly.
Manage pre and post-shipment tasks, coordinate with accounting for milestone invoicing, and handle project communication and administration duties.
Assist in developing project schedules, generate status reports, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

Required
3-years of prior experience in similar job
College Degree or equivalent experience in the Oil and Gas industry

Prior experience with a pipeline products manufacturing environment is a plus
