Responsibilities
Create a framework for coordinating, disseminating, and tracking internal communications at Lennar
Lead and manage communication projects from start to finish, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of communication initiatives
Build and manage relationships with leaders and partners, assisting in communication planning
Develop and manage a master calendar of internal communications and key business milestones
Streamline tools and platforms for communications, drive adoption and engagement
Conduct ongoing analysis of communications and report on performance
Prioritize projects, manage multiple initiatives, and focus on key strategic communications projects
Drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and identify opportunities for improvement
Provide administrative support to the Communications team, manage budgets and vendor invoicing
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for internal meetings

Required
Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on communications, marketing, business or related fields
Preferred experience of 3-5 years in project management, change management and/or operations
Highly organized, analytical and process-oriented
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
Outstanding written communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of project management software platforms i.e. Asana
Strong experience tracking metrics and preparing reports
Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships within the Company
Can ensure compliance and alignment with Lennar policies and business goals
