Responsibilities

Expert verbal and written communication with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.

Clarify and communicate project vision, goals, and objectives.

Manage project scope, estimates, timelines, and status reports.

Track team velocity, financials, and KPIs.

Identify critical resource expertise and optimize outcomes.

Manage tasks, priorities, and requirements for ongoing enhancements.

Recommend process improvements and manage issues, risks, and action items.

Required

6 years + of technical/software project manager experience with gradual increasing responsibilities and a demonstrated understanding of project management processes, artifacts and tools

Works independently to manage ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project resources and stakeholders

Ability to drive milestones with strong attention to detail

Understanding of Agile, SAFe, or other development methodologies

Experience with software development tools, and ticketing systems such as JIRA, Manage Engine

Demonstrated ability with people management, strategic planning, risk management, project change management

Experience in quality management techniques and approaches

Cross functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills without direct reporting relationship

Strong oral and presentation communication skills to manage stakeholders

Strong sense of personal responsibility for exceptional quality work
