Responsibilities

Apply Project Management methodology while exercising experience and judgement on how to best fit required artifacts to each project situation.

Lead process improvement workshops as needed prior to implementing a technology solution.

Develop effective and realistic plans to start a project, including: the Charter, detailed project plan for all phases, cost estimate, feasibility studies, vendor selections, and SOWs.

Drive execution by leading effective project status meetings, tracking progress, issues, risks, costs, controlling changes to scope, and reporting status accurately.

Demonstrate effective critical thinking skills in crafting project plans and managing challenges.

Communicate early and effectively with project participants and senior executives.

Build trusted adviser relationships, hold 3rd party partners accountable, assure product quality, contribute ideas for project management practices, and continue professional development.

Contribute to improving project management practices.

Hold Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.
