Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and execute the project plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and logistics, to gather requirements and ensure project success.

Communicate project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Technical oversight and coordination with Descartes' technical team to ensure successful implementation and integration of route optimization tools.

Oversee system testing, validation, and user training to maximize adoption and efficiency.

Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to route optimization, including cost savings, delivery times, and customer satisfaction.

Provide post-implementation analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement.
