Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the Payer domain ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Oversee the development and execution of project plans including scope schedule and budget management.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams leveraging expertise in Java J2EE Angular Spring Boot and Microservices.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project components.

Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders including clients team members and senior management.

Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company standards in project management and technical execution.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes.

Manage project resources including allocation utilization and performance evaluation.

Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the project team.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the Payer domain.

Utilize Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools and methodologies to optimize project delivery and resource management.

Required

Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with a focus on technical projects.

Demonstrate expertise in Java J2EE Angular Spring Boot and Microservices.

Have a strong background in the Payer domain with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements.

Exhibit excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Show proficiency in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) tools and methodologies.

Hold a relevant certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
