Responsibilities
Implementation of a new contact center team and associated technology across multiple physician practices.
Support the Contact Center leadership with developing and executing projects plans which include but are not limited to: business requirements, process mapping, testing, rollout planning and communication.
Responsible for coordinating activities between business units, physician practices, technical PMs and development teams.

Required
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
Knowledge of Agile and traditional project methodologies
Strong Communications/Transformation Management skills
Preferred
Experience in the healthcare industry
Experience in hospital system, revenue cycle operations or contact center operations
Familiarity with contact center operations
