Responsibilities
Lead and manage the execution of cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams, translating complex security concepts into actionable insights.
Ensure projects adhere to best practices in security operations, risk management, and compliance standards.
Manage cross-functional teams and act as a liaison between product, engineering, and security operations teams.

Required
5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a strong background in cybersecurity or SecOps.
Proven experience managing complex cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion.
Strong understanding of security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and threat detection.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
Preferred
Experience with security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, etc.) is a plus.
