Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and enforces time boxes

Embrace and role model Agile Principles

Create standard sprint project feature reports and metrics documentation

Resolve project issues, mitigate risks, and manage scope change requests for all development sprints

Manage and report on budgets and progress

Drive project deliverables and decisions to completion

Assist in coordination of sprint rollout activities

Lead Go-To-Market activities across all departments involved

Work on strategic projects across the organization that is key to our success regardless of department

Remove barriers and shields the team from external interferences

Ensure that the process is followed, including issuing invitations and facilitating the daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos, sprint retrospectives, and ensure refinement is scheduled and occurring

Ensure the teams are estimating in story points based on the Fibonacci sequence

Raise awareness of dependencies and blocks that are impediments to the sprint- issues need to be prioritized and tracked. Remediation plan created and implemented for impediments in priority order

Communicate with the Executive Leadership team on progress of assigned strategic projects

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, technology, MIS, or related field

7+ years in Project or Program Management experience

Strong knowledge of Cloud (Azure, AWS) and experience leading cloud migrations

Experience within a large complex corporate organization or major consulting organization

End-to-end product development experience

Ability to understand and implement front-to-back solutions and perform in-depth analysis as required to resolve issues

Strong familiarity with Agile project management software/tools (e.g., JIRA, etc.)

Advanced project management skills; Strong mediation and negotiation skills

Excellent leadership, analysis, facilitation, and client relationship skills

Exceptional organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to communicate with employees and customers of all levels

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
