Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to align project objectives and facilitate effective communication.
Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, addressing potential technical challenges.
Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and best practices, promoting continuous improvement.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in project management within the semiconductor, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries, managing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) projects.
Strong technical expertise in relevant systems and technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong leadership capabilities to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards project goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Strong team collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in multicultural environments and facilitating teamwork and communication.
Ability to identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
Proven ability to establish and maintain good relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and methods to assess project performance and develop improvement plans.
A strong interest in new technologies and industry trends, with the ability to self-learn and apply them in project management.
Preferred
Preferred experience in enterprise application design and development, particularly with SQL Server.
Project Management Certification: PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of semiconductor, chemical, and pharmaceutical industry standards, regulations, and best practices, particularly in production and quality control.
Familiarity with Proficy iFIX, CIMPLICITY, HISTORIAN, PLANT APPLICATIONS, or similar systems is a plus.
