Responsibilities

Monitor, control, and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.

Review and understand the entirety of the project contract documents and manage project costs.

Manage project schedule, minimize safety, quality, and financial risks, and perform regular inspections.

Required

Minimum of one of the following educational backgrounds: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Related Field, 5+ years experience in Project Management with 2+ years of general contracting experience, 3+ years in Design or 10+ years in Construction

Inquisitive, yet self-initiating learner

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Minimum of OSHA 30 certification

Capable of travel up to 50%

Follow standard operating procedures

Assist in root cause analysis activities

High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Project

Able to communicate (verbal and written) in a clear and concise manner

Technical writing and reading skills

Basic drafting capability, computer aided (CAD) or not

Documentation and organizational skills

Have/gain a high level of technical understanding regarding the agricultural industry
