Responsibilities

Perform engineering and project management duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction of facilities, such as water and wastewater conveyance and treatment, roads, railroads, airports, bridges, harbors, channels, dams, irrigation projects, pipelines, power plants, and maintenance of building structures.

Lead and manage project teams through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout to meet scope, schedule, budget, and Client requirements.

Interact directly with clients to develop and deliver technical conveyance solutions.

Lead/support business development activities with key clients to win new projects.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field

Eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or a related engineering position

Experience in delivering multiple conveyance and treatment projects in the field of water or wastewater

Experience in serving clients involving conveyance pipeline design, project management, and water/wastewater pump station design

Experience in finance reporting, invoicing, cost estimation, and bid proposals

Experience in conducting feasibility assessments including field visits and site inspections during construction

Experience in project, contract, and supply chain management

Experience in design management using integrated delivery platforms such as ProjectWise

Experience in design check and reviews using tools such as Bluebeam
