Responsibilities
Support clients in enhancing health programs, including pharmacy programs.
Identify where process and system problems exist and develop and implement plans to remedy the problems.
Provide regular reports to client leadership on program status, risks, and issues.
Identify needs that clients may not recognize, and ensuing approaches and solutions linked to objectives and future needs.
Continuously manage client expectations to ensure delivery of the highest quality service, while soliciting and acting on client feedback.
Perform other related duties, as assigned.

Required
Minimum of 8 years of Project Management experience
Reside in the Sacramento area
Available to be onsite at the client's location in Sacramento several times each month
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Pharmacy programs and benefit configurations is desirable
Ability to identify process and system problems
Strong analytical, critical, and creative problem-solving skills
Pro-active self-starter who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
7+ years of project or program management experience applying principles, methods, techniques, and tools (Preferably in a healthcare and/or pharmacy environment)
Preferred
Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Project Management Institute (PMI)
