Responsibilities

Compare contract and drawings for discrepancies or incomplete information.

Compare quote and contract for discrepancies.

Maintain and update the engineering work order (golden document) in myProject.

Process Change Orders and maintain customer satisfaction, while also protecting Client’s financial position.

Serve as primary customer contact from receipt of order until customer satisfaction is achieved.

Process contract in IFS.

Process preliminary material requirements for panel and buyout items.

Quote and process component orders.

Process Engineering Service Record requests (ESRs).

Respond to customer calls or requests in a timely fashion.

Review specifications and flag issues that client cannot meet.

Manage communication between departments and customers regarding project specific needs.

Process seamer rental requests and update Master Seamer Agreement database as needed.

Serve as Project Manager on particularly complex and/or high profile projects.

Mentor and/or help train new Project Managers.

Offer assistance in training Builders, DMs, Architects, and/or Engineers on client’s standard product offerings.

Serve as interim Project Management Supervisor when PMS is on vacation, out sick, etc.

Required

An associate or Bachelor’s degree in construction or design related field

Metal building experience gained from manufacturing, drafting, estimating, or construction

Experience with Bluebeam and ERP software

Experience reading blueprints and specifications
