Responsibilities
Proposal Creation + Project Leadership: Create and manage multiple event experiences, ensuring all aspects of event planning and execution are met with excellence, from initial strategy and creative development through to post-event wrap-up.
Client-Centric Approach: Strong focus on understanding client needs, anticipating challenges, and delivering customized event solutions that align with their goals and enhance their brand.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and providing updates on project milestones, budget, and timelines.
Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination: Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers to ensure event execution meets the highest standards.
Logistics & Operations: Oversee event logistics, including site selection, transportation, production, and coordination of all event materials and resources.
Budget & Timeline Management: Develop, monitor, and track event budgets, ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget parameters. Provide detailed budget reports to clients and internal teams.
Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (creative, production, marketing, etc.) to ensure cohesive event execution that aligns with client objectives.
On-Site Event Management: Travel to event locations (as needed) to oversee on-the-ground logistics, troubleshooting, and ensure the successful execution of events.
Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event reviews with clients, gather feedback, and measure event success. Provide recommendations for improvements on future events.

Required
5+ years of experience managing events, with at least 3 years within an agency environment.
Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex events (corporate conferences, brand activations, trade shows, product launches, etc.).
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines, budgets, and client expectations.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to clients and team members.
A strong focus on detail while maintaining a big-picture perspective for overall event success.
Strong initiative and ability to work independently in a remote work environment while maintaining clear and consistent communication with team members and clients.
Comfortable working with international teams, adapting to different time zones, short lead times and cultural nuances.
Ability to travel for in-person events when required.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior leadership.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage both big-picture strategies and day-to-day event logistics.
Budgeting and financial management experience, including negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
Knowledge of current trends in event technology and innovations.
Willingness to work in a diverse + multicultural environment.
Global event management + knowledge.
Preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced, agency environment with a diverse client portfolio.
Familiarity with event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Splash), project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Zoho), and virtual event platforms.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Certified Meeting Professional (CMP).
