Responsibilities
Provide successful definition, implementation and delivery of complex projects that require cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies across a group of projects and/or related activities.
Develop and manage charters, work breakdown structures, project plans, vendors, clinical standards teams and facilitate organizational updates.
Deliver projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget and under circumstances involving multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors.
Project-level strategic planning, interaction with executive level management, complex issue resolution, excellent communications and team building skills.
Oversight of project scope definition and management, requirements gathering and documentation, time estimating, project schedule development and tracking, project budget management, project status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, customer interaction, and communications across multiple organizational levels.

Required
7+ years’ experience as an IT Project Manager or related role
Project-manage the applications (e.g. EHR, ancillary apps, rev cycle, ERP, interfaces, servers, data migration / archive, etc.) of an M&A project
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills since there will be constant communication high level executives while managing 50+ resources
Experience with ServiceNow project management tools and Google Suite
Proven people management and team building skills
Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
Preferred
Experience in project managing the applications of infrastructure projects (e.g. hosting, telecom, network, etc.) is preferred
EHR application implementation experience (Cerner or Epic) is preferred
PMP or PMI certification is preferred
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
