Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple, complex projects within the personal property and casualty insurance domain, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with key business units, including underwriting, operations, actuarial, legal, and IT, to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, escalating issues as necessary to ensure successful project execution.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including the scope, schedule, resource allocation, and budgets. Oversee the execution of these plans, adjusting as necessary to address changes or unforeseen challenges.
Create reporting documentation and establish communication plans so stakeholders can be informed/updated regularly.

Required
7+ years project management experience in personal property and casualty insurance.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functional areas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience and knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and both Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Bachelor’s degree
PMP certification
