Responsibilities
Coordinate, execute, and manage the facilitation of all aspects of projects on behalf of the client and the firm
Effectively manage multiple teams, local government, and project consultants
Facilitate workshops and working group meetings with diverse stakeholders from the public and private sectors, and complete projects and deliverables with input from the working group
Develop strategy, best practices, reports, summary papers, case studies, technical briefs, budgets, and web-based materials in support of project efforts
Build and manage relationships between clients and stakeholders
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to identify requirements, define scope and objectives, and communicate project status
Resolve client challenges as needed
Advocate to city, state, public, and private stakeholders to drive project goals
Ensure all projects progress on schedule and are completed on time, and delegate and manage tasks for internal and external teams to achieve this
Follow up on and complete compliance documentation
Complete any other duties that may arise as part of the functions of the position

Required
5-10 years of experience managing multiple projects for companies, non-profit organizations, and/or government agencies, preferably in New York City and/or New York State
Deep expertise in construction management and/or real estate development in the public sector
Comprehensive understanding of MWBE laws and regulations, and the ability to conduct detailed reviews and audits to ensure adherence to MWBE policies
Proven experience designing and implementing compliance monitoring tools and reporting mechanisms
Experience in establishing processes for verifying subcontractor payments, agreements, and performance
Experience in developing and monitoring budgets
Strong research, writing, communication, organization, problem solving, and client management skills
