Responsibilities

Lead the strategy for identifying, positioning, and coordinating engineering design work in the State of Ohio for private and public sectors

Nurture strong professional relationships with our clients in Ohio and the transportation industry market

Managing projects involving design and management of ODOT, county, and local municipalities with budgets ranging from $250,000 to $2 million for design fees only

Professional Engineering (PE) LicenseHighway/Roadway EngineeringDOT Project ManagementProject ManagementTechnical CommunicationCivil Engineering DegreeClient Relationship Building

Required

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent

10+ years of highway/roadway engineering experience, including 5+ years in project management

Ohio Professional Engineering (PE) License

Ability to build a rapport and maintain solid relationships with clients.

Effective technical written and verbal communications skills with the ability to clearly communicate concepts and ideas

Experience managing Ohio DOT projects

Ability to travel in and around OH based on business needs.
