Responsibilities

Overseeing projects or phases of larger projects using a combination of agile and traditional methodologies

Defining scope and project objectives, managing day-to-day project activities, and communicating project status, decisions, updates, and changes to stakeholders

Facilitating data-driven decision-making and project progress

Gathering and tracking deliverables to ensure timelines, milestones, and goals are met

Managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables independently

Building and maintaining working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in projects

Ensuring the hospital meets public reporting compliance criteria for Leapfrog, Vizient, CMS, and US News and World Report

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, information science, statistics, or related field

5+ years experience working in the project management and data analytics domains in the healthcare industry

Preferred

Master's degree in information management, operations research, statistics, computer science, systems engineering or related field
