Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans for creative and marketing commercialization projects, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
Direct and oversee creative and design work streams for all portfolio brands, ensuring alignment with project objectives and on-time execution.
Oversee the day-to-day management of project timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines, efficient use of resources, and prioritization of workload.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
Manage a team of creatives’ work streams and priorities, including designers and other key personnel.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of creative and marketing activities.
Support the planning and ensure the on-time execution of creative-led marketing projects by collaborating closely with the creative team, marketing team, and founders where applicable.
Ensure that all project requirements and timelines are clearly communicated and met, while overseeing the progress to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
Act as the primary point of contact for individual brand stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes.
Facilitate effective communication between the creative team and other departments to ensure project alignment and success.
Evaluate and refine project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices and tools for project management to improve overall project delivery.
Lead and manage relationships with key external partners necessary to support the execution of creative and marketing projects.

Required
6+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on creative and marketing commercialization projects. Proven experience managing teams and complex projects.
Strong understanding of the creative asset development process
High level of experience using tools like Asana, Google Drive, MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
Common knowledge of Figma, Canva, and the Adobe Creative Suite
Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows
Ability to multitask, be flexible, and manage multiple projects at once
Experience developing and managing detailed project plans with multiple cross-functional dependencies
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Highly responsive with the ability to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels, including leadership
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide creative professionals.
Receptive and adaptable; can be agile with shifting business needs/priorities and can adapt to fast-changing environments
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred
Project Management certifications are a plus
