Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations to stakeholders.
Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate collaboration.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, ProCore).
