Responsibilities

Oversee and collaborate with a cross-functional project team in areas such as payroll, human resources, training and support, system configuration, data warehouse management, reporting, security, budget and position funding, and business expense management

Review, update, and actively manage the project schedule and risk register for Self Service implementation

Define a readiness checklist for go-live with key team members, gather required information prior to each sprint, and communicate readiness to appropriate organizational and enterprise groups

Lead After Action Reviews following each phase to identify and implement possible adjustments, incorporating agreed-upon changes with the Self Service team

Prepare and present status updates and briefing materials for leadership as requested

Provide a year-end summary outlining opportunities and challenges for the Self Service Implementation as the project progresses across the full agency
