Responsibilities
Lead the negotiation of definitive project agreements (i.e. Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), land leases, crossing agreements, PILOT agreements etc…)
Obtain all project level non-discretionary permits (i.e. Planning and Zoning, environmental, road-use, etc…)
Develop presentations and present to senior Management seeking project capital approval
Interface consistently and effectively with numerous subject matter experts (SMEs) including but not limited to engineering & construction, environmental, commercial legal, real estate legal, tax, accounting, and origination
Balance priorities, be very well organized with deadlines, activities, and requirements, be detail-oriented, decisive and communicate effectively within the DG team, numerous internal subject matter experts, external consultants, customers, and internal management
