Responsibilities
Help deliver a consumer facing digital product for a high priority form critical to tax payers by navigating IRS compliance processes
Work with a high performing, senior cross functional engineering and design team helping to navigate existing IRS software development processes
Implement a Human Centered Design process (HCD) and delivering technology through sprint cycles with our existing Product Manager
Help manage and delegate necessary project reporting requirements for the IRS

Required
5 years of project management experience in a federal agency
Ability to work with a design and software development team alongside a product manager
Proactive and independently build relationships with key stakeholders necessary to achieve project outcomes in a high compliance environment
Ability to create and map goals and objectives and help teams make progress against them
Detail oriented and reliable supported by a curious mindset that drives user knowledge and product clarity
Highly collaborative with a strategic mindset that helps build meaningful, collaboration across stakeholders and assess tradeoffs against short and long term needs
US Citizen
Applicants selected for this position may have to go through a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements to work and access classified information
Preferred
Prior experience with delivering through IRS development pipelines
Compliance: OneSDLC, PCLIA, ATO, CMP
Technology: IEP, IOLA/BOLA, SADI
3+ years of experience working within IRS project deliver
Experience in implementing digital accessibility standards and internationalization
