Responsibilities

Work with other scrum team members on ingestion of data into Profisee, a cloud-based PAAS application hosted in our Azure Kubernetes environment

Develop and maintain matching strategies and data quality rules

Data Stewardship functions and administering the data stewardship model

Gather business requirements and convert to technical requirements

Collaborate with MDM Developers and Architects in support of the logical and physical model development

Where possible, ensure development of attributes and MDM reference data is aligned with healthcare data best practices (FHIR, HL7, DaVinci, etc.)

Management of MDM reference data and crosswalks in Profisee

Develops and mentors other staff members; develops advanced expertise in tools and shares best practices

Use the Mass General Brigham values to govern decisions, actions, and behaviors

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science preferred

Expert in healthcare related business processes related to medical staff offices, provider onboarding, or ambulatory and hospital operations

5 years or more of experience in Master Data Management - Strategy, roadmap, systems analysis, and application design

2 or more years of experience with MDM tools (Profisee Master Data Management, MDStaff or similar MDM platforms), experience in Profisee MDM preferred

Data quality, data governance and metadata management understanding; Experience with Collibra and/or Informatica preferred
