Responsibilities
Review Artifacts: Evaluate a list of coding tasks, unit tests, and accompanying metadata.
Use a QA Rubric: Apply a detailed QA rubric to identify errors, gaps, redundancies, or other quality issues in the artifacts.
Provide Feedback: Generate detailed, actionable feedback for each artifact based on the rubric.
Improve the Rubric: Identify and flag issues not covered by the existing rubric, providing ad-hoc feedback to improve the process.
Ensure Quality: Help maintain the integrity and correctness of coding tasks and unit tests that support the training and evaluation of AI models.

Required
10+ years of professional experience with JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Angular).
Strong expertise in building and optimizing scalable full-stack applications.
Experience with testing frameworks and tools for JavaScript (e.g., Mocha, Jest).
Proficiency in reviewing and improving code quality.
10+ years of professional experience with Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
Expertise in designing scalable, full-stack applications with robust testing practices.
Familiarity with testing frameworks for Python (e.g., PyTest, Unittest).
Advanced skills in code review and optimization.
Minimum B2 level of English proficiency.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Preferred
Prior experience with AI/LLM projects is preferred but not required.
