Responsibilities
Effectively learn and understand the underlying technology to predict and prevent potential issues.
Troubleshoot system problems in test and production environments to identify root causes of failures.
Write and execute test cases efficiently, and perform ad-hoc testing as required.
Conduct data validation and analysis using SQL.
Collaborate with team members to create targeted test plans aligning with business needs and technical failures.

Required
5+ years of QA testing or other similar tech-related work.
2+ years in the property and casualty insurance space is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or relevant experience required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience is required.
Preferred
2+ years SQL or similar scripting experience.
Testrail experience is nice to have but not required.
Coding and troubleshooting experience with our tech stack (.NET/C#/SQL Server).
We’re a MS Office environment (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience using video and chat technology (MSTeams & Slack).
