Responsibilities

Design and implement automated testing processes using tools like Selenium or Webdriver.IO.

Develop and maintain both manual and automated test scripts.

Perform load/performance testing and create execution plans for prioritized test scenarios.

Lead UAT testing activities and support development teams across various environments (dev, test, UAT, and production).

Troubleshoot and maintain test cases while ensuring proper defect tracking using Jira.

Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices.

Ensure regular schedules of test case automation and detailed reporting.

Execute and report on manual and automated QA test scripts.

Develop test scripts for Agile, Scrum projects using tools such as Jira, XRay, Zephyr, or JMeter.

Conduct accessibility testing and troubleshoot test cases as needed.

Track and report on test case execution and defects.

Be available for on-call support as required.
