Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated tests for various web-based J2EE/Portal applications using Agile methodologies.

Perform software quality assurance, testing, and support for applications such as TIERS, YourTexasBenefits.com, YourTexasBenefits Mobile App, and other social services systems.

Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to write test plans and scenarios.

Collaborate with teams to ensure application functionality and resolve defects.

Create and maintain technical and design documentation.

Participate in program design, coding, and test walk-through meetings.

Provide technical support for testing and implementation efforts.

Employ contemporary testing methods to ensure applications function properly and without error.
