Responsibilities
Lead Quality Assurance (QA) activities for complex application and system implementation projects, including integration, system, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, scenarios, suites, and cases, with a particular emphasis on backend and data validation.
Analyze and evaluate test results and defects, working closely with development teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues.
Coordinate test schedules, environments, and configuration requirements.
Provide testing estimates for resource allocation and timelines.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to ensure test coverage aligns with project requirements.
Track and report QA metrics for projects.
Provide input on production release decisions.
Drive established QA practices and methodologies, aiming for consistency across projects.
Collaborate with QA Manager and QA Team to develop and improve QA capabilities and services.
Monitor and evaluate QA activities, guiding and coaching teams in applicable testing practices.
Oversee test automation usage to optimize project quality and delivery.

Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
6+ years of QA experience in IT, with 3-5 years in a large enterprise environment.
Proficiency in software test tools, including Postman and SQL tools.
Experience with SDLC, agile, and waterfall methodologies.
Strong knowledge of QA processes, practices, and systems.
Ability to coordinate and lead QA activities across multiple projects.
Preferred
Familiarity with Visual Studio Team Foundation Server (TFS) / Visual Studio Test Professional and Microsoft Test Manager is beneficial.
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics is a plus.
Development background is advantageous.
