Responsibilities
Oversee all plant Food Safety and Quality programs and systems
Provide FSQA training and cultural development for the plant
Work cross-functionally with all departmental managers and the plant senior leadership team on programs and training

Required
BS degree
Strong experience leading FSQA in a food manufacturing plant with RTE products
Must have a minimum of 2 years leading the Quality department in a food manufacturing plant
FDA and USDA experience are required
Servant leadership style with strong communications skills
Preferred
SQF, HACCP and PCQI certifications are heavily preferred
Spanish speaking ability is a plus
