Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for web applications, tablet applications, and IVR systems.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications, tablet applications, and IVR systems.
Utilize automation frameworks and tools to ensure efficient and effective test execution.
Perform thorough manual testing of web applications, tablet applications, and IVR systems.
Execute test cases and identify, document, and track software defects.
Conduct testing on various web browsers, tablet devices, and IVR platforms to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
Stay updated on the latest technologies and testing practices relevant to web and IVR testing.
Implement and execute regression testing to ensure the stability of existing functionality after updates or changes.
Collaborate with performance testing teams to conduct load and performance testing for web and IVR systems.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and issues.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Track, manage, and report defects throughout the testing process.
Collaborate with development teams to facilitate timely resolution of identified issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required
High School diploma or GED
5+ years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on web applications, tablets, and IVRs.
Proven experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).
Strong understanding of web technologies, browsers, and mobile/tablet platforms.
Experience testing IVR systems and familiarity with related technologies.
In-depth Knowledge of quality engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Expertise in testing concepts, test automation tools, and frameworks.
Advanced Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, development lifecycle, and industry standards.
Expertise in defining and tracking KPIs related to quality engineering.
Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
Strong communication skills to present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to develop and execute quality engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Ability to identify, assess, and manage risks related to quality engineering activities.
Ability to foster a collaborative environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree In computer Science with 6+ years of experience in quality engineering, testing, or a related field.
Certifications in relevant testing tools or methodologies.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, Javascript) for automation.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
