Responsibilities
Define test cases, test plans, and quality metrics.
Identify areas for test automation and work with the team to implement.
Work with junior QE engineers to guide them in best testing practices, review team member’s test cases, and results.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and delivery managers to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout development.
Integrate automated test into CI/CD pipelines to ensure that quality checks are part of delivery process.
Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring thorough communication regarding severity and impact.
Provide regular quality status reports to stakeholders.
Analyze potential risks related to the quality and stability of the product and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.

Required

Expert in API testing.
Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, C#, etc. to write test scripts and troubleshoot issues.
In depth understanding of Salesforce and experience testing in Salesforce.
Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
Testing complex CRM products, and thorough understanding of CRM architecture.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
