Responsibilities
Assure consistent quality levels by establishing, maintaining and monitoring quality policies, standards and procedures.
Work with the customers, suppliers and internal personnel to discuss and resolve quality issues as required.
Escalate issues and participate in mitigating risks.
Coordinate continuous process improvement initiatives between manufacturing operations and engineering.
Perform internal audits and QA reviews.
Develop, execute and analyze quality data.
Establish relationships with all members of the organization, as well as the customers.
Assist in development and promote use of problem-solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action.
Lead certification inspections and gather all necessary documentation for support.
Other duties may be assigned.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related field
Experience in leading and developing a team of engineering professionals
Knowledge of quality policies, standards, and procedures
Strong leadership skills
Experience in continuous process improvement initiatives
Ability to perform internal audits and QA reviews
Experience in developing and analyzing quality data
Ability to establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of problem-solving techniques for root cause analysis and corrective action
Experience in leading certification inspections
