Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality management strategies and systems.
Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
Provide guidance and training to staff on quality assurance best practices.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing product quality.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate quality risks.

Required
Proven experience in quality management or a related role within the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive quality initiatives across the organization.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in implementing quality management systems.
Preferred
Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus.
