Responsibilities
Build production-quality optimizations and algorithms to support the launch of the first component of the Retirement Pathway, the Personal Bond SMA product, an innovative retirement income solution for US retirees
Work closely with the team’s existing quants and developers
Develop future enhancements to the Pathway, including tax optimization strategies, novel asset allocation algorithms, and inflation-protection strategies
Create analyses for presentations to prospective and existing clients (and take ownership of automating those for future scale)
Lead and participate in R&D for future product launches and enhancements
Participate and contribute to the go-to-market strategy for this new business line

Startup mentality
Hands-on experience as a quant or data scientist
Expertise in Python
Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
