Responsibilities

The Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert as part of a team, contributing to the analysis and evaluation of rail-related transportation projects and concessions, as assigned.

To this end, the Consultant will provide insight, analysis, technical reviews, and recommendations that contribute to the development of terms of reference or similar procurement documents, technical assessments, economic analysis, and project reports for assigned projects, ensuring quality work and timely submission of all work.

The Consultant will report to the TAF Work Assignment Team Leader and will receive technical oversight and guidance from the Technical Team Leader.
