Responsibilities
Establish and maintain processes related to the BLCE and the RCSA programs for the Technology BA.
Provide control consultation and advice to Technology business leaders, RCA Managers, and other stakeholders.
Manage processes to execute assessments designed to proactively identify control gaps within the Technology environment.
Maintain and advance processes designed to identify the impact of changes to technology on the control environment.
Oversee and advance processes related to control change management in alignment with BLCE Policy.
Manage tools related to facilitating control changes and logging and assessing risk related findings.
Facilitate the RCSA workshop process, along with other RCSA related routines required by policy.
Manage the structure of assessable units used to articulate the risk and control environment for the Technology BA.

Required
Bachelor's or advanced degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically, more than 12 years of applicable experience
Preferred
Considerable understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business
Considerable understanding of the business line’s operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
Strong leadership and management skills of processes, projects and people
Effective skills at managing stressful situations
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
