Responsibilities

Assist with compiling, organizing, and analyzing real estate data using internal and external resources to prepare initial site and market analysis including demographic reports, maps, market research, competitive landscape, and other general site information.

Collect, manage, and analyze competitive market data for business units and site locations to provide support and insight to the management team.

Facilitate data-driven decision making, enabling the executive team to optimize its real estate holdings for maximum financial benefit and strategic advantage.

Implement advanced analytics to evaluate the performance of the real estate portfolio, utilizing key performance indicators and financial metrics to optimize portfolio performance.

Establish a robust data management infrastructure ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and analytical usability of real estate data to empower data-driven decision making at all organizational levels.

Implement advanced benchmarking studies, utilizing comparative analytics against industry standards to identify performance gaps and inform strategic adjustments for continuous improvement and innovation.

Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations, communicating key findings and recommendations to senior management for informed decision making.

Support real estate’s accounting needs by detailed analysis and reconciliation of real estate expenses. Assist in expense variance analysis to ensure accruals are correctly stated.

Interact with other functional areas, including Finance/FP&A, IT, Legal, business executives, landlords, architects, general contractors, etc., and be entrusted with high-dollar and high-volume disbursement activities.

Apply budgeting methodologies, integrating financial modeling with budget planning to create real estate budgets.

Leverage analytical expertise in optimizing the strategic use of real estate assets within Arhaus corporate framework by evaluating and managing financial analysis and providing insights to support informed decision making.

Develop budgeting and cash flow projections using Excel.

Contribute to cost-savings initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to align real estate strategies with overall business objectives.

Assist in the preparation of financial models and Pro-Formas.
