Responsibilities

Manage the full cycle recruitment process for roles across all functions of the business, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding

Partner with leaders and hiring managers across the company to understand their needs, identify the right talent, and keep everyone in the loop through every stage of the hiring process

Create a custom sourcing strategy for each role leveraging the team's network as well as strategic targeted outreach via LinkedIn

Be responsible for leading all hiring teams in creating an amazing candidate experience with prompt communication, transparency, and empathy throughout the process

Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics weekly, using data-driven insights to optimize processes and improve outcomes

Audit, organize, and maintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) with the highest standards of data integrity

Drive processes in a fast-paced environment, handling ambiguity and adapting as needed

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
