Required
At least 5 years of experience in recruitment consulting, ideally with a focus on international markets or the North American region.
A track record of managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to foster trust and rapport with clients and candidates.
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take ownership and grow this business from the ground up.
