Responsibilities
Planning for new and existing programs regulatory strategy based on business needs.
Collaborating with development teams to identify and write regulatory requirements.
Leading regulatory discussions with engineering development, legal, and business development.
Working with external test labs and certification agencies to prepare test samples and obtain certifications.
Reviewing and approving product electrical and mechanical design.
Being vigilant to changes and new statutes related to product compliance worldwide.
Responsible for creating regulatory label artworks.
Conducting internal pre-compliance and compliance testing.
Maintaining internal labs qualification and equipment calibration.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar technical discipline.
5+ years hands-on experience in EMC, ESD and safety
3+ years hands-on experience in WiFi, RFID and Sub Gigsystems.
Experience in compliance design, testing, data interpretation and debug experience.
Experience in submissions for official certification through relevant compliance bodies such as FCC and NRTL across multiple products. Experience working with overseas manufacturing partners in CM, ODM and JDM models, and understanding of the CE/UKCA legal framework and experience with LVD, RED, and EMCD.
Preferred
Experience in international regulatory requirements in Europe, Asia, and South America.
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams to execute product design from concept to production.
Experience with laser and LED eye safety.
Experience with EU Machinery Directive.
Experience in creating and executing risk assessments.
