Responsibilities
Facilitate ART activities, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect and Adapt workshops.
Align teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality delivery of objectives.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define and achieve program goals.
Provide progress updates to senior management and ensure cross-team communication.
Mentor teams on Agile practices and drive process optimization initiatives.

Required
7+ years in Agile frameworks, with 3+ years in a senior RTE role.
Proven success managing complex ARTs with cross-team dependencies.
Certifications: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), RTE, and ScrumMaster (CSM).
Expertise in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Agile tools like Jira or Rally.
Strong facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred
Banking or financial industry experience preferred.
